Where is the money
Iraqi is not a poor country.  Billions of dinars in contracts are being spent with no accountability.  The money is simply disappearing. Accountability, accountability, accountability…  The government money is really our money, where is it?  It is certainly not being used to provide vital services needed by the people. Where is the budgeting?  Government Departments have either too little or too much money and the money they do have is either being misused or not being used effectively.
