Iraq needs foreign investment to help develop the infrastructure and industry it needs to grow and prosper. We need to have a transparent process to deal fairly with foreign investors and get the best price for the services provided. However, we must not allow foreign investors to take our hard earned money and not provide the services. Foreign investment must provide jobs for Iraqi citizens.
