Infrastructure is the framework of civilization
Our ancestors, the great builders of mighty and  opulent civilizations are turning in the graves.  What have we done with the gifts they have given us? Are we now so impotent that we cannot even build simple roads and provide the basic physical systems that our people need to survive such as electrical utilities, water and adequate sewage? If we are to rebuild our society, we must use the trained and educated people we have to design and implement the plans. We have the money, we have the people, we need the projects, but why are the projects not being built?
